30-Day Written Notice Required - MORBiZ requires a minimum of 30 days' written notice to cancel any service. All cancellation requests must be submitted in an email to their Account Manager and cc: sales@morbiz.com.

Billing During the Notice Period
Services will continue during the 30-day notice period, and all applicable monthly service fees will remain due. If services are terminated before the end of the 30-day notice period, the client will only be eligible for a refund of any unused Google Ads or Facebook Ads advertising budget, if applicable. Service fees, management fees, setup fees, and other fees for services already provided are non-refundable.

90-Day Website Transfer Policy
Clients receiving a newly created website through MORBiZ are required to maintain active service for a minimum of 90 consecutive days before becoming eligible for a website transfer. After the 90-day period has been satisfied and the account has been paid in full, MORBiZ will transfer the website to the client upon request. The client will be given email instructions for obtaining their own hosting account prior to the transfer.

Early Cancellation Requests
Clients who wish to cancel without providing the required 30-day written notice may submit a request to MORBiZ for consideration. Any exception to this policy is solely at the discretion of MORBiZ and will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Approval of an early cancellation request is not guaranteed and does not waive MORBiZ's right to collect any fees owed under this agreement.
